Rs4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the rs4 platform. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out below.

These terms take effect from the date you register or begin using the rs4 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Restriction

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to register only one account on the rs4 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Rs4 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or when investigating suspicious activity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

Login Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. rs4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the rs4 support team immediately at [email protected]. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing account access with any other party.

3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

Users agree to use the rs4 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and will not use the platform for any activity that is illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rs4 platform:

Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to access or manipulate the platform.
Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity.
Sharing or selling account access to any third party.
Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
Using credit card details, bank accounts, or payment methods that do not belong to you.
Distributing defamatory, obscene, or harmful content through any communication channel on the platform.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and rs4 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the rs4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rs4 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX online banking and TNG eWallet for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. rs4 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. rs4 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one and twenty-four hours under normal circumstances.

Rs4 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banking institutions or third-party payment service providers. Users are advised to check the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the platform before making any financial transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

Rs4 will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and rs4 does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Account Suspension & Closure

Rs4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or actions that compromise the integrity of the platform.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining account balance will be settled in accordance with rs4's standard procedures following the necessary review.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law

All content on the rs4 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of rs4 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent.

The rs4 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. rs4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to those sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the rs4 platform will be resolved through procedures established by rs4 management. Users agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing further action.

6. Changes to Terms & Contact Us

Rs4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs and legal compliance requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or the registered email address.
